ULTRA-SIMPLE
Homemade HOVERCRAFT
Here is a project that I though might be too complicated, or expensive,
or both. This site covers the making of an excellent project, the
plan allows anyone to build an ultra-simple hovercraft that can lift
several adults. It is very inexpensive to build. If you feel slightly
more adventuresome, you will find the plans for an enhanced version
of the craft. And, I am sure that, if you build the simple hovercraft,
will be "hooked" and proceed to the better plan.

that is saying a lot for open discussions.
Storage Technology
in the near future
The first
generation of this new storage technology will permit the storage
from 20 to 100 gigabytes of information. The second and third generation
promises an excess of capacities up to and exceeding 1 plus Terabytes
(1,000 Gigabytes). In addition Read/Write versions of disc and card
are planned. Nope! this is not April Fool. This is real stuff and
this new technology will have a substantial impact of our life. The
same technology will wield 5 Gigabyte on wallet size card. Watch for
passport and ID be replaced by this behemoth storage media.
Right
Brain Library
Here
is a wonderful resources for brain development. Yes, it refers to
the "Right Brain Library." But it is really about the "whole
brain." I started investigating sound effects on the brain and
stumbled on The introduction of tuning forks into the classroom to
accelerated programs. Tuning forks have been found to have calming
effects. In any event, this an absolutely marvelous resource for teacher
as well as all the rest of us. Warning: only visit this site
if you have time -- it is a real time black hole. If you do, have
a coffee carafe within easy reach.
Nonverbal
Calibration
As you pay more attention to signals other people send out, you'll
become more aware of how much their nonverbal communication reflects
their models of the world. Matching a person's external behavior to
their internal workings is called calibration. This site gives a good
explanation of what this is all about and how to achieve "reading"
of nonverbal signals.
